You are in the field, the strawberries are ready and the price has to go up. Instead of the computer: a message or voice note to the HOFARO bot. Done.
Connect in 20 seconds
- In the farm panel tap Telegram → "Connect with Telegram".
- Telegram opens with the bot @hofaro_bot – press Start.
- The bot replies "✅ Your farm is connected". No chat ID copying, no own bot needed.
Staff connect with their own Telegram via the same button (logged in with their account). They can edit products, stock and orders but not farm settings. Disconnect: /trenn in the chat or in the panel.

Voice notes
Just record a voice note (German, Turkish, English). The bot replies "🎙 Understood: strawberries 4.20" with two buttons – ✅ Apply or ✏️ Change. Nothing changes before your ✅. The audio file is deleted after transcription.
What the bot never does
- "Verify" a seal (organic, Demeter …) by itself – it uploads proof, HOFARO checks it.
- Touch another farm – every chat is bound to exactly one farm.
- Delete without asking – for deletions and price jumps over 50 % it asks once.
Every change is live on your farm page immediately and logged in the panel. New orders and complaints arrive automatically in this chat.
