Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise the right, inform the respective farm (address on its farm page or in the order confirmation) by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or email).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, the farm shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, dairy, meat, bakery products), nor to sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
